MultiMedia Voice Log Used With Genealogy Calls

 

When Sharon Sargeant the forensic genealogist of Ancestral Manor was searching for a way to capture her weekly genealogy telephone conference forums she turned to General Voice's technology to do the job. Sharon's calls were recorded, paragraphed, and transcribed using General Voice's C2 telephone call recording and transcription system. The format allowed the calls to be edited quickly by paragraphs versus traditional methods of searching audio, installing markers, and cutting out sections of the audio.
