The Problems:

pain for users of audio information
is that it’s difficult to
find information within audio, it’s
costly to transcribe, it lacks information
when compared with text and pictures,
and it lacks format for a fast review
of content. Moreover, when text
and graphics are provided for audio
it creates a separate problem of
needing to work with unsynchronized
multiple files types.
The Solutions:
General
Voice has solved these problems
with patented technology called
the Multimedia Voice Log or MVL.
The MVL creates a single file type
that contains audio, text, and graphics
that are synchronized when viewed.

Voice has also patented and developed
automatic MVL File Creators for
phone calls, audio recordings, and
real-time communications. To view
and work with MVL files directly
the company has developed MVL readers
and editor software for PC users.
