Telephone Call Event Recording

The Chronicle Telephone Call Recorder is the only product available with the patented features of “Content Search” of “Audio Paragraphs” providing an instant shortcut to audio information. The recorded conversations are filed in chronological order, and available from a password protected network folder on the local area network (LAN), formats include:

.MVL - Audio playback and display as synchronized paragraphs.
.MP3 - Audio playback as a single linear audio file, player provided with MS Windows and Mac.
.WAV - Audio playback as a single linear audio file, player provided with MS Windows and Mac.
.TXT - Word processing and printable text transcript files.

Intuitive Software Configuration

All C2 platform products have easy to use web pages for software configuration. Once the device is connected to the local area network, then you can access and configure your PhoneScript using the Web Pages.
