Remote Telephone Dictation

Dictate your audio statements from any telephone directly to your office. Use your PhoneScript for Visual Voice Mail. Audio statements are faster to transcribe than a single stream audio files. Files are provided from a password protected network folder from any PC on the local area network (LAN) and supported formats include:

.MVL - Audio playback and display as synchronized paragraphs.
.MP3 - Audio playback as a single linear audio file, player provided with MS Windows and Mac.
.WAV - Audio playback as a single linear audio file, player provided with MS Windows and Mac.
.TXT - Word processing and printable text transcript files

Connect the phone line, network cable, power cord and you’re done with the hardware installation.

Intuitive Software Configuration

All C2 platform products have easy to use web pages for software configuration. Once the device is connected to the local area network, then you can access and configure your PhoneScript using the Web Pages. There is a page for configuring the Network, Recording, Transcription, and Log File options.
