General Voice uses a 3CX software PBX on a server qualified by General Voice spcifically for the purpose of supporting call recording, paragraphing, and transcription.
General Voice selects VoIP phones from providers that have a track record of quality and reliability including Linksys and Grandstream phones.
If you prefer to use the analog telephones that you already own, General Voice can configure your system with analog telephone adapters.
